Free inspection, written quote, no surprises
We don’t give a price over the phone for work we haven’t seen - that’s how people end up with a low quote and a big “change order” later. Instead, we come out, look at the whole structure, and put a firm price in writing. The number you approve is the number you pay.
What we look at
The condition of decking, pilings, framing, lift cables and motors, and the seawall - above and below the waterline. We probe pilings for borer damage you can’t see from the deck.
What drives the price
The size of the structure, how much is repair vs. rebuild, wood vs. composite decking, the hardware grade for your exposure, permits, and water access for our crew and materials.
What’s always included
A free on-site inspection, an honest assessment of what needs doing now vs. later, permit handling, cleanup and haul-off, and a workmanship warranty - no long-term contract.

The Waterfront Service Club
A dock, lift, and seawall last far longer when someone keeps an eye on them. The Service Club is a simple yearly membership: we come out on a schedule, inspect everything that wears out in salt water, fix the small stuff before it strands your boat, and send you a photo report so you always know where you stand.
It’s built for the way the Gulf coast actually treats your waterfront - corroding cables, borer-prone pilings, and a storm season that rewards anyone who prepped early.

What drives the price of a dock, lift, or seawall repair?
The structure and how much of it is damaged, mostly - how many pilings or boards, the decking material you choose, the lift hardware, the water depth and access for our crew or barge, and whether permits and turbidity barriers are required. We break it down line by line in the quote.
Is the quote really free, with no obligation?
Yes. You get a free on-site assessment and a written quote with no pressure to book. If the honest answer is that something is not worth fixing, we will tell you that too.
What is the Waterfront Service Club?
A yearly membership that catches small problems before they become expensive ones: scheduled inspections of your dock, lift, seawall, and electrical with a photo report each visit, member discounts on parts and repairs, and priority scheduling before storm season. Dock Watch is $199/year for one annual inspection; Full Waterfront Care is $429/year for two visits plus full boat-lift service.
Do the memberships lock me into a long contract?
Memberships run for 12 months and renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Repairs themselves never require a long-term contract.
